About Geothermal Systems

You already own the energy… we just help you to access it.
The air temperature throughout Canada varies a great deal between winter and summer but this is not true for the land. At depths as shallow as 5 to 6 feet we find temperatures that stay relatively constant. It is this constant temperature that allows our Geothermal systems to move heat to where we want it, from where we don’t.
It’s so Ordinary, It’s Extraordinary!!

How It Works
By utilizing the unique properties associated with refrigerants, Geothermal systems are able to take a ground temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit and convert it to temperatures of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.  This process is possible because refrigerant turns from a liquid to a gas at very low temperatures. This then allows the gaseous refrigerant to be compressed which significantly increases the temperature. That process explains how relatively low ground temperatures can produce relatively high temperature output.

How we distribute this heat is up to the home owner. Our options include radiant in-floor heating, a forced air ducted system or better yet we have one system that can complete a combination of the two.
